Senior UI/UX Designer

The Position

If you have a strong background in designing digital products for online streaming services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and truly understand the creator ecosystem on Twitch and TikTok, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can blend creativity, structure, and deep platform knowledge to build world-class dashboards, overlays, and configuration tools that empower creators across the globe.
Most of our positions are available globally to anyone who meets the requirements.

Duties

Design and optimize intuitive dashboards, configuration flows, and UI components for creators.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to turn ideas into exceptional user experiences.
Maintain and evolve a scalable design system that supports TikTok creator environments.
Conduct user research and transform community feedback into actionable design improvements.
Deliver clear design documentation and prototypes to guide implementation.
Own the full design process - from concept to polished, developer-ready handoff.

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in SaaS or creator-focused platforms.
Deep understanding of Twitch and TikTok ecosystems - you know how creators use these platforms, how their communities behave, and what kind of design language resonates with them.
Proven ability to design creator-facing tools, dashboards, or overlays that feel native to Twitch and TikTok audiences.
Experience building complex configuration flows and turning them into smooth, accessible user experiences.
Advanced skills in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
Eye for detail and consistency - every pixel, gradient, and transition matters to you.
Independent, reliable, and proactive working style - you can own tasks from idea to completion.
Strong English communication skills (German is a plus).
